We started the endeavor with me setting some ground rules. Don’t treat me like I’m uneducated, don’t play games, be transparent and straight forward. I knew what I wanted to pay and wasn’t going to pay anything more. This was the first time in over 30 years of buying vehicles where there was one conversation about the bottom line and it was inline with my expectations. Mr Tim treated me with the utmost respect.

Lake City GMC service department was very efficient in taking care of my vehicle. They sent a tow truck immediately to pick up the vehicle. They were on able to have the repairs done within a couple of days once the parts were delivered.
They definitely make buying a car easier and much less stressful than most dealers. Our salesperson Paige made sure that family was getting the car that we needed and in our budget. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Nash in the service area has helped me for at least 4 years with multiple vehicles. Every time I'd call in to schedule a service or with questions, he'd help and update me. I recently bought a vehicle at another dealership and tried them out. When I scheduled a date for warranty work, they never put it in, and I'd have to come back missing work and time.

Review is for the service department. Eric and his team went above and beyond to help fix my truck. I had an awful experience at another dealer that couldn’t fix my truck and were unwilling to further help me. I had all but given up on Ram in general until bringing the truck in to these guys. They were able to properly diagnose and repair my truck and now it drives like new. I couldn’t be happier. Great customer service to top it all off. I can’t recommend this service department enough. They should be the standard.

I had a leaky Axle seal on my Ford F150 that was still under warranty. I had taken it to Woody Anderson to get repaired but they said because I had a lift kit the warranty would not cover it. It is a very reputable lift kit company (BDS) that ensures the geometries of your drivetrain remain intact so I conferred with the lift company, and they assured me the Axle seal should still be covered because the lift would not affect it.
