Brought my truck here for warranty repairs. Service Manager Nash and Technician James did an excellent job all around. They were both professional, courteous and friendly. Communication with Nash was great, via text and phone. No guess work, no need for me to call about truck, time of repairs, status, etc. This was my first time going to this dealer/service department and it was a great experience. I'll go back in the future. Recommended!

I always get there by 7:30 or so on a Saturday morning. I am not always the 1st one there, could be the 3rd or 4th. Everyone is awesome on getting you in and out! I usually work with Manny. He’s always on top of things! I never wait very long. Usually in and out for an oil with no worries on being there any longer than an hour. Thanks Deland Chrysler and Manny!

It is always a great time dealing with Manny the service advisor! I have been dealing with Manny for many years and also with the owners of the dealership who treat me a VIP! Sam Cagle was the best car salesman we’ve ever dealt with. We introduced himself when we parked but listened and gave us the space we asked for to walk around initially to look without the feeling of someone breathing down our back. As soon as we had a couple SUV’s we wanted to look at he grabbed the keys and we sat in them and he answered any questions we had at the time and when we said we still wanted to go see some other makes of comparable SUV’s he respected us and let us do our thing but I asked him to hang onto the keys to the Jeep because that’s the one we liked and about an hour or so and 4 other dealers later we came back to Sam and he made the purchase process a piece of cake and very smooth. We would highly recommend coming to Deland CJDR and see Sam for an easy car buying experience if you don’t want the typical pushy sales person like most other car salesman are Sam is your man!!!!

Had my gladiator serviced and the experience was amazing. I can’t remember the advisor name but he was training a nice young lady.

Was looking for a used mustang with specific expectations. North Country had one that fitted our request very well. Alexis was our sales person & she was very informative, pleasant, & attentive to our needs. We did appreciate her efforts in getting us the deal that we could work with. I was surprised when we finalized the deal, it was a 'sales floor' celebration happening. Very friendly people came out of the woodwork, congratulating & thanking us for our business. Very unique!! This dealership is a solid 30 minute driver where Seminole Dodge Chrysler Jeep is 10 minutes away. That dealership is the most corrupt unprofessional group of people you will ever find. Phenomenal service! I was so pleased with the service I received (customer and financial)! Sam Cagle was my salesman and he is absolutely amazing. I was so happy when he was showing me vehicles I actually liked compared to other dealers who constantly pressured me into something I hated. Sam made a point to ensure I found the best dog car within my budget (literally helped me move kennels to ensure fit), within the range of miles I set, and without too many bells and whistles. I actually made the hour drive 2x and would do it a 3rd if it meant my opinion mattered as much as it did here. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upgrade! I bought my tires at DELAND DCJW FOR MY 2014 Dodge Durango and took it in yesterday for the tires to be rotated. Nash was my service guy. All went well and I dropped it off. He let me know when the car was ready and I went back to pick it up. Very smooth process. Thanks Nash

My husband just got an oil change (for our DODGE van which was bought there in 2015). He purchased a new vehicle too. It’s a 2024 Toyota rav4 xle; we’ve been watching the market for a few months. So we jumped on it immediately! We appreciate the customer service in general. Matt was a great help when we were searching and Riley was a wonderful sales person. He was easygoing, honest, and friendly. I’d definitely recommend them and this location again.

My wife and I were visiting family in Florida and we were looking to upgrade and trade in our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. We drove the hour drive from our family’s home and met with our sale rep, Tim L. Tim was very patient and helpful with my OCD and attention to detail. We bought a used 2023 Pacifica Limited. Tim walked us through the process with professionalism and candor. We then spoke with Malinda who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Malinda sat with us as she completed all of the paperwork for the New York registration, Florida temp tag and an additional extended warranty and GAP insurance.
